About these terms

These terms apply when you use the website of Smile Dental Center, book an appointment through it or use its online services. By using them you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. Our privacy policy and cookie policy are part of these terms.

Information on this website

The content of this website is general information about dental care and our services. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or medical advice, and it does not replace an examination by a licensed dentist. Treatment is decided by your dentist after examining you.

In an emergency that threatens life, call the ambulance on 998.

Appointments

An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment until our team confirms it. Please give correct contact details, arrive on time and bring what we ask you to bring.

24 hours before the visit

If you are late or do not attend without telling us, we may not be able to keep your slot or treat you that day.

Online booking

• Use the link in your confirmation email to change or cancel your appointment. Keep that link private, because it gives access to your appointment.
• A temporary hold on a time slot lasts a few minutes while you complete the form, and is released if you do not finish.
• If the time you want is full, you may join the waiting list. We will contact you if a place becomes free, and joining does not guarantee an appointment.
• You may book for other people, such as your children, only if you are allowed to act for them.
• An emergency request does not replace emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, call the ambulance.

Prices

Prices shown on the website are in AED. A price shown for a treatment is the price we announce for it. Your dentist confirms the cost of your own treatment after the examination and before treatment starts, and treatment goes ahead only after you agree.

Offers and packages

Each offer or package shows its conditions and its end date, where it has one. An offer applies to the treatments, branches and period it names, and cannot be combined with another offer unless the offer says so. Offers do not change the clinical decision of your dentist.

Online payments

• Online payments are processed by licensed payment providers. The money goes from you to the clinic’s account with the provider, and the provider’s terms apply to the payment.
• A deposit or an amount requested through a payment link is used for the booking or the reason written on the request.
• Refunds follow the clinic’s policy shown to you when you pay, and the law. If a payment fails, you will be told on the payment page and you may try again.
• Keep your payment receipt. The invoice and its tax details are issued by the clinic.

Instalment plans

Instalment plans are offered by Demo Instalments, not by the clinic. The provider decides whether you qualify and sets the terms, fees and schedule, which you must read before you accept. The clinic is not a party to your agreement with the provider.

Results and before and after cases

Results differ from one person to another and cannot be guaranteed. The cases shown are real examples shared with the written consent of the patient, or of the parent or guardian for a minor. They are not a promise of the same result for you.

AI assistant

The assistant is an automated program. It can make mistakes, and its replies are general information, not medical advice. It does not confirm appointments or take payments. For complaints, medical questions, payments, emergencies and changes to an appointment, our staff will take over. You can always ask to speak to a person.

Using the website properly

Please do not misuse the website: do not try to break into it or disturb it, do not send false or harmful content, do not book appointments you do not intend to keep, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law.

Ownership of content

The texts, images, logos and design of this website belong to Smile Dental Center or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view them for your own use, but you may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law or our responsibility for what the law does not allow us to exclude, including our responsibility for the dental care we provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applied in the emirate where the clinic is licensed. The competent courts there decide any dispute that cannot be settled amicably.

Changes, questions and complaints

We may update these terms. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page, and the version in force when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
